happy to be called naive and ultimately be wrong - but I'd be siding with a combo of financing through tax credits, further info sharing agreements and if needed a soph placement. Not sure they'll go to retail again.

Given the tax credits available are surplus to expenses for the quarter, and with an anticipated time frame of the program being completed within the quarter, I think Neil and RC and co will be out in front of the market with strong optimism and "investment opportunities" if the results are in line with what we have seen so far.
