A lot of Investors forget EXR is a Exploaration Company --- -- the Aim of the company is to Locate and Prove the Commerciality of a project.
Hence there will be Grids showing Notional Development costs -- theses are to assist Potential Buyers -- Existing Producers -- to attract them for a possible TAKE OVER.
