It’s quite amusing to witness you so fervently critique EXR, a stock you have no financial stake in, while conveniently ignoring the dire state of your own investment in MAY, currently enjoying 12 month lows.
Perhaps instead of wasting energy on baseless criticism, it's time to reevaluate your own portfolio strategy and focus on salvaging those plummeting shares in MAY.
Whilst you prove that it’s easy to criticise from the sidelines, whether through insecurity or simply a desperate attempt to deflect attention from your own shortcomings in the market, the challenge for you is that confronting your own financial missteps takes courage, a virtue in which you appear to be in short supply of.
