After payout BM 25% back in for original BRK well and DSU equity . As SHE participated in the Jewell at a well bore only farmin of 41.5 % from BRK, Black Mesa have a 25% back in for the SHE WI as well.
After payout the direct WI are now
BRK 31.2%
SHE 31.125%
BM 20.775%
As BM is a controlled subsidiary of BRK , then 25% BM back in gets consolidated in the BRK accounts. That is why the BRK WI level in the quarterly is
31.2% + 20.775 % = 51.975% or the 52% as per the quarterly report.
