Agree, BOD overpaid, under worked and very under performing. Scrimshaw needs to talk seriously to US DOD and give them all offtake and the US will fund it. Shenghe have defaulted and playing Peak BOD like fools. BOD do not seem fussed because they just keep getting paid. The US wants the critical metals desperately, I do not think the Tanzanian Government or Shenghe would want to mess the US around
