Sounds like still waiting on the Chinese government before they can work through the implications of the material change.
Frustratingly slow when you're dealing with such a massive machine but im sure its all moving in the right direction, although I haven't heard them refer to the Shenghe transaction as 'a potential transaction' before.
Good progress on the ground, I guess they're taking it as far as they can without secured funding
