Agree with Bradley re report. The observation I'd make is the move away from the theme Shenghe partnership to the words used in the announcement as "transaction " and "optimal transaction structure."
The wording in the last paragraph is also suggesting changes through the words finalising a transaction structure. This is indicating things have changed from previous announcements.
