"PERMITTING AND APPROVALS
The Company continued to work collaboratively with
the WA Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) on
the environmental approval processes. In the June
quarter, Company representatives hosted the EPA and
Department of Water and Environmental Regulation
(DWER) EPA Services team on the MTMP site, providing
the EPA with invaluable insight into the environmental
factors relating to the Project.
Post this reporting period, an updated Environmental
Review Document (ERD) was submitted to the EPA,
addressing the EPA’s queries and feedback from
government and non-government stakeholders on the
previous versions of the ERD"

This was in the actual 2023 annual report - page 5 - June 2023

So no, it wasn't a previous sub unfortunately.

This remains as I wrote it.

June 30th 2023 - in a TMT doc to the ASX (annual report) - an updated Environmental Review Document (ERD) was submitted to the EPA,addressing the EPA’s queries and feedback from government and non-government stakeholders on the previous versions of the ERD.

July 19th 2023 in a TMT doc to the ASX - An updated Environmental Review Document (ERD), addressing the EPA’s queries and feedback from all government and non-government stakeholders on the previous versions of the ERD, has been provided to stakeholders for review prior to submission to the EPA.

October 26th - in a TMT doc to ASX - The Company continues to engage proactively with the relevant assessing officers at the EPA on the progress of
the ERD through the various stages leading to the expected EPA Board review and consideration.


So again, it appears the only source we have for the ERD being sent in comes from......Ian Prentice, who as we know, has been pretty much speaking with a forked tongue to investors at Expo's and online for the last 6 months at least, whilst knowing full well that TMT was up for sale to RCF via AVL.

The docs are easy to find.

And they contradict each other.

Will EPA take a call from SH for a general query about the date the ERD went in?

You can honestly make a case for it going in to EPA in June, and being pulled out later due to the takeover - what do you think Rhys?

The comments in this latest Q3 statement could be read either way. At this stage I wouldn't put anything past TMT management at all TBH.
