doesn't matter if they issue more shares, it's all about how the percentage of the new COY is split up between AVL and TMT. I believe it should be 50/50. if that means issuing more shares meaning the AVL share price falls back to circa 2 cents to equal 200m market cap so be it
at least at 200m market cap it will be 50/50 rather then 37/63.
