It looks pretty assured to me
- the collaboration with the universities has been ongoing for years at Curtin and in Queensland [ref]
- Bryah Resources used to have Primero as a large holder I think so Graham would be across ticking boxes as far as ways at extracting copper, cobalt and nickel from the tailings there
- The liaison with ATCO to use green hydrogen somewhere in the processing line seems pretty assured (once again through Primero)
- And the rollout of batteries has already started with the Horizon pilot plant.

Plus the award left room for AVL to work with the government to finalise details.
