A bit weird, as with the whole situation, it doesn't clear anything up. We hear about the synergies with merger etc, and then get proud updates on progress for things that are/were exclusively TMT (gas pipeline, ERD, FEED study), when there hasn't been a clear answer yet on how relevant any of that will be to a merged project. I'm still guessing the best way forward (which doesn't contradict anything from the announcement), is to process onsite (TMT's plan), process the best ore for the first many many years, not requiring a patented process but one that FLSmidth have been designing key infrastructure for for over a year, not deviating from the EPA submission too much that approvals can come sooner rather than much much later. Etc etc. But that would raise even more questions when our synergistic partner has almost everything done completely different to the plan outlined above. The waiting game continues, and as you mentioned Hawk, they manage to give us a quarterley update that offers zero extra insight into any of it.

Maybe @sabine can help us with this but what exactly does AVL bring to this partnership and what are the synergistic effects?
