    Could be. If they can't come up with some new funding very soon then things will get difficult. The big problem is any cornerstone/offtake investor can read the quarterlies and so will know what a tight spot NXE is in cash wise. I know if I was the investor I would be grabbing BO/CJ/CVW by the balls and squeezing hard.
