    I think cutting it fine is an understatement  I'm hopeful the reason they have not drawn down on the remaining Arena funding is because they've have been negotiating better financing and off-take arrangements. Maybe Arena funding is still the hail-mary play. Fingers crossed we find out tomorrow.
