The Company has made no mention of any changes to the availability of Arena funding, however it appears funds are no longer available from them.
The same questions arose when they had to urgently raise $2.4m in August including from the Directors after announcing amendments mainly to do with timing for Arena funding and detailing how these funds would be drawn. None of it made sense then and it is no better now.
The quarterly just states matter of factly - "Tranche 2B was not received by the Company"
It appears they are now scrambling yet again to raise some money to try and stay afloat which would indicate they can no longer access the Arena funding.
The Company should be advising updated position with ability to raise funds as not having the Arena as a back up facility may make some re think the Companies actual precarious position..................................
