Let's also not forget, as others have pointed out, that management have not come to shareholders to raise funds in the last 4 capital raisings (4 years). If cash was an issue they should've asked at least once because I'm sure majority of shareholders would've preferred to chip in a few bucks if it guaranteed faster progress.
