    i am the one who stated $5m. This was based upon company feedback to me. It's possible that there has been a renegotiation or whoever did the accounts may not be aware of change to original agreement.

    It really does not matter in the scheme of things as NKP will need many more dollars to continue with its second BFS. Placement most likely once the sp goes over $1.

    Part of the $5m receivables would be the late loan repayment from Genorah Res.
