The work with RUM on the Karinga Lakes in the NT reads quite well. This system has a surface expression of about 1,500 km2 compared to Sydney Harbour at 55km2. Initial testing in unfavourable locations gives better than expected recharge rates. Even a product type of mixed K/Mg fertiliser is being discussed. Interesting when the resource size/production rate is known but given the prospective area could be decent.
Just one project out of Karinga/Mackay/LD would be enough.
