i think they might like the potash project too much.
i have the idea in my head, might be from talking to MR a couple of years ago, that the main issue with the martu was caused by some other party wanting a cut of the (development?) action. i can't remember the details. i think they might even want the project for themselves.

hopeful reward lock in a mining agreement on LM first and this can be used as a precedent when negotiating with the martu.
