    On the 17th Jan 2011 they put out a good announcement. Price goes to 58c.

    Since then on small volumes the share price has dropped to 43.5c.

    It seems to me that the people in the know have been selling a portion of their stock knowing that a capital raising is coming.

    Now after selling at an inflated price compared to the capital raising price and reinvesting at the capital raising price you can obviously increase your holdings considerably.

    Yes it is cheating and against the law to with hold information or leak information to your friends but who can prove it?
