Well bree, I must have rocks in my head. Just a few.
Qtrly has a +ve slant to it but also states that there could still be legal issues to deal with. It seems they plan to go ahead on a "we can't lose" basis.
If I was a prospective major JV partner, I would be hesitant to sign anything until all legal issues were out of the way.
The market will tell the story and with minimal volume again today, no one is getting excited. Up.005/.01. Yawn.
IMHO a JV announcement in May is a 50:50 chance. Perhaps June? Without one, price will hardly move. Maybe 17c max ?
When [and if] JV happens, I'll get excited and expect a lot of interest, including insto's, with big volumes and trading in the 30+c range. Expect plenty of tax loss selling volume. Unfortunately there is still the word IF in there.
