DRA have designed and constructed 35 platinum concentrators since 1984 and currently manage and operate 9 of those, think they have a fair idea of what works and what doesn't. For them to take shares in lieu of cash does speak volumes and I imagine the potential joint venture partners would have been asking the DRA technical team questions rather than rely on the basic presentation we receive and taking our management's word for it. For DRA to purchase shares on market would probably amount to insider trading, shares for services may not breach that restriction. I certainly wouldn't receive shares if it wasn't robust, Nkwe shares aren't liquid enough for them to off load with out taking a loss.
