    Exploration during the September 2012 Quarter continued to focus on the Agbaja Project but drilling productivity was impacted by prolonged wet season rains for the entire quarter.

    I don't understand why they didn't mention the natural disaster, once in a lifetime flood of Kogi State, in particular Lokoja.

    I also didn't read anything about Kogi State parliament in such a mess that it looks like there may never be a stable local government.

    Nigeria and more so Kogi State is on the edge of anarchy (a society with no laws).
