re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report and Appe... boppy, I think the CIFI raising is for the subsidiary company. EHR corporate would still need to raise more capital. I think Torey probably wants to sweat it out until the CIFI raising has been finalised, otherwise a rights issue might fall flat.
