The chart looks like Tony Abbott's approval rating.
CR seems unlikely given they have $2.1 in the bank and forecast spending of $0.45m in Q3.
Price is a reaction to spot copper which is down 22% in 6 months, 15% in 2 months and 12% since 2/1/15. It's really been hit with the ugly stick after weathering pretty well.
It's really not a problem for ENR as they don't sell any but when Dr Copper is sick, no-one wants to be in the room with him.
Very low share price will mean a huge profit for someone when the CU price recovers and as they announce greater prospects.
