The premium NKP shareholders are seeking to the current share price is in no way a reasonable basis to value NKP in terms of pursuing a takeover. Any reference by those amateurs (Lin and the Z clan) to current share price is not only illogical and disrespectful, but will simply waste more time to move forward as Zijin are nowhere near a bulls roar of being able to take NKP without the Minority support. The current Minority Blocking Stake (MBS) group wouldnt let it pass without a fair value.
