Sorry if this sounds like downramping which I have no intent of doing in this stock as I am heavily invested but let's be realistic if another CR is on the board to raise funds it's going to plummet the SP. Also depending on how good of an asset these coal mines are we could potentially be waiting years to recover if we do ever
