Shareholders should stop CFE to spend money for explorations,evaluations and lending money to other entities and protect from bankruptcy if spending is not necessary to hold mining licences.
Shareholders must ask CEO to cut administration costs for survival of CFE.
IMO,regal action is needed to get unpaid royalty or maybe it is against due diligence of CEO.
