Offer them market value for them - $2.1M (of our $8.7M war chest). Get them off the registry and bring some stability to it.
It is my understanding that Shandong only own the Tonkilli site as part of their debt agreement and not the African Minerals other assets such as shares in CFE. So there will be no interest by them in CFE share sale unless they want to purchase into it.
FT buying the outstanding shares would put the cat amongst the pigeons and mean that he would have direct interest in paying himself what is owed - which on present values is about 2/3 of what is outstanding.
If only the administrators would take it.....
