The company should never bought back share from 35 down to around 10, could not see the logic rather than helping the institutions to get out at the benefit of long term shareholders.
if they wanted to sell out who care? why not preserving cash for the company not to mention the managements pays ?
looking back everything sage did seemed contradict the investment logic and theory if he was to be in the interest of shareholders ? what about others sitting on the board, like dummies ? one man band ?
unfortunately we can only air our anger by telling each others how we felt, the authority and the regulators could not and in my opinion even if they could do something, they won't.
in the world of money, greed and power have blinded honesty and integrity of good people and as the result we probably only have a handful of good managements among thousand, it all the depend on luck rather than vision which wasn't supposed to be.........
just remember all their names and credential on their previous positions before investing in any company.
Check the credential of managements before investing? if they were crooks then their spots will come out again.. for they never change ! Good luck to holders as we need all the luck we get not what we deserve unfortunately........
