Doesn't matter whether you sold or still hold, geffa, they were a dividend from HRR which needs to be taken into account when discussing HRR's share price.
If you were lucky enough to sell ARL in the 70s or 80s, even better.
Main point - $140+ mill still to be raised means there's potential for price weakness til the terms are known.
