    Publication of mining charter forestalled. It wont be until next year and chamber of mines intends to go to court. NKP will be suspended until its mining licence is revoked at which point NKP will go into suspension.
    I admit i thought this was going to happen quickly. Let mcloud and sources start suggesting and deferring alternatives.
