    I think you will find the it is covered by saying they have been evaluating their mining methods etc.

    What caught my eye is that of the 8,194 shareholders only 1,698 have marketable parcels of shares!!
    It also unusual that Fortune are being so patient given the debt has now ballooned to $14mill + as at September, not sure if it is because of a close relationship between the companies or Fortune realise that calling in the debt and putting them into admin will see them receive less than the original loan amount. I guess they are living in hope as are current shareholders IMO.
