As previously reported we need the Mining Licence to be registered. This will not occur until all Community issues are resolved. Negotiations with Maredi have not recommended.
Next is reassuring the DMR that local issues are resolved. Date of meeting with DMR is anticipated for March. Then the VAT has to be repaid.
Once the above is all done and the Licence is registered then and only then will Zijin make an takeover offer.
Once the offer is made some will accept and others will reject and seek a higher price. The fun then starts.
In conclusion .....we still appear a long way away from each milestone.
