You should read his LinkedIn, that will make you laugh!! I just find it disgraceful that he can walk away from all this without a care in the world while we are in such a mess getting dragged through the courts. If you go back through the annual reports too, you will see he was very handsomely remunerated through his advisory company while part of the company. Money siphoned out of CAD and humongous dilution to boot, definitely a director to avoid
