    "Since the engagement of the project manager they have found substantial
    capital works savings and therefore the overall capital budget for the Central mine has been able to be reduced to $75 million.
    This 25% reduction is a positive for the project and should assist advance    ​
    discussions."

    So the company engaged an un-named project manager who has found capital works savings of 25% !! Absolutely amazing!!
