interesting comment regarding Petroleum exploration license application 644. The agreement grants an option for a 3rd party to acquire up to 80% of the license to enter into an unincorporated joint venture to develop the PELA 644. The term of the option being 6 months.

My understanding around this is limited and this could be nothing. but it reads like we could be opening the door for someone?
