Also Sudbury has been working on permits for some years now.....but has to be modified due to the changes in the L max/LOH processes. Can't be finalised until they know what exactly is going on at the site. Management should have a good idea of which location they are going with and should drop paying for the permitting of a site we are not going to use. From what I understand Joe moved to Canada, thus would know the odds well enough. May be both are a goer?
