I have already written CFE off, after holding for 5 years and they have not delivered anything in nearly 10.

I am now using this to offset gains in other areas, I have no hope of the cobalt play getting up now. Too many negative have built up against it and the Tonys words of extreme interest and quality of the resource I simply do not believe or even hope on.

It is my opinion that CFE exists purely to pay TS real estate investments and provide a hefty income for Tony, directly through his salary and indirectly through CFE ownership in other ASX entities. Once the cash cow finally breaths its last breath, we will see it

Now why do I stay holding, because I want to see it through to its conclusion which IMO is imminent. Also using it as a personal development case study for the anti-pattern of a business and what not to invest in, learning a lot of red flags when dealing with investment.
