Markie, I don't know whether you are aware or not , however you continue to be insensitive to other investors in this forum and rub it in their noses that you can get things cheaper. Please read through your posts prior to posting and if necessary, run it past someone so you can ensure that what your saying is adding value. We don't need to be told about the SP, where it has been and where it is today. We are all keenly aware of this.
In regards to the announcement... it is not a shock to me that negotiations are continuing. It simply is what it is!! A large investment requiring careful negotiation, terms and right timing.
The Coronavirus has just thrown a spanner in the works that can slow this process down.
