That's one of the weirdest Quarterlies that this outfit has ever put out and that's saying something. Obtuse English to the point that I doubt that the author is a native speaker.

As for the content - there's a "Material Change" provision in both the JORC Code and ASX Ch5 that makes a 2012 Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimate increasingly flaky. And it was flaky to start with, for starters:

• The Resource has no appreciable or competently performed geostatistical analysis or commentary
• The Resource estimate has not demonstrated "reasonable prospects"
• The Reserve is factored, in contravention of Clause 29 of the JORC Code
