If a deal has been struck surely there would have to be some questions around the recent substantial holder notice given there seems to be an association with the company.
The Independent Mining Engineering Consultant Prospector Enterprises coincidentally seems to have an employee that has the same name as a previous CTO mining manager.

They are even talking about building a new processing plant, no wonder people are excited.
Really looking forward to to the end of the calendar year to see what Santa has left under the CTO Christmas Tree.
