    I wonder if they realise such clauses cannot be relied upon nowadays as in the past.
    Fed court would disregard it.
    Let's hope the BoD also know this.

    As a nooby to CTO I will give them the benefit of the doubt.
    I watched CTO for years and only came onboard because of this new technology being deployed.
    Let's hope it works. I guess time will tell.
