You have answered part of your question "absolutely unreal resource" , if it were as good as is stated then would you not think the one of the large real gold mining companies have bought this company out years ago.
The gold bearing ore veins are narrow and are contained in granite making it difficult and expensive to extract.
They have made many attempts to raise the large amount of capital required without success, or deals have failed to complete. I listed many of these in one of my posts some time ago but can't seem to find the post now, as walker said grab a coffee and read some of the past reports.
They have amazingly been able to continue to raise small amounts of so called working capital over the last 5 or so years through private placements and the odd SPP, they have also sold off most if not all of any equipment they owned along with the gold processing plant and some of its leases.
