I would say the existing infrastructure at Yandan is overstated. Yes its a brownfield and this derisks permitting. So a big thumbs on the permiting side! Some of the infrastructure looks more like a cost burden however. And may require decommissioning. The existing earthworks are a bonus for sure though.

There looks to be a vibrant and operating homestead/cattle station within 2km of the site. Not sure what kind of hurdles this will create if there is mine development. Does this usually trigger a buy out of the homestead? Compensation and relocation? License to operate restrictions for dust and noise?
