Exactly my point @straws, same as I have. It seems they're answerable to no one. I know that you have been onto them. I am just totally over the whole shitefight.

I called the asx directly on Friday trying to get some answers but guess what......they won't even tell me if it (the red tape for want of a better word) is actually in there hands or not. No one knows anything it seems, least of all us commoners that have thrown some subdtantial amounts of cash at this lemon.
I honestly didn't know that being treated like this was just considered "normal" by the BDI board. Its just a bloody big mess. Shamefull actually !
