    Not sure what that has to do with carrying out on ground survey work, looks like they found a few bloked to throw a uniform and helmet on and went out and bought a new star post driver and few star pickets for the photo shoot. One bloke on the phone, one bloke watching and one bloke working, could be local council workers.
