The other concerning thing is that they are only now talking about a concerted effort on project generation. This is as SM's tenure comes to a close - not a good look imho. I assume this change has come about via Doug Kirwin's influence, which can only be a good thing.
You are right about the level of funding, it's nowhere near enough to generate a decent project, get on the ground, drill something out and delineate a resource.
The other concerning thing is that they are only now talking...
