if everything goes right for BC8, they will have a nice portfolio of operating sites in 5+ years - issue is that the 'ifs' are numerous
no doubt management are smart operators and have done well in the past. prior success in exploration, management or company creation does not guarantee repeat success though. it all comes with the risk of failure
the current share price reflects the additional risk BC8 have now taken onboard against the potential future value of the company
