That did not include the NPV value of 60mt of Mg chloride, salt, others fertilizer compounds and gypsum - that alone should add hundreds of millions. Add the extra increase due to the massive increase in prices of all products.
The NPV should be well over $2billion. (>$2.50 a share). The original NPV was ridiculously narrow and limited.
The NPV represents the $ value of the enterprise in present dollars.
An updated NPV is essential to promote this project, to focus the mind of suitors!
