Exploration Companies are always assessing CR options! Generally no revenue vs expenditure.
For me the Con Note has provided GBM bridging finance until asset sales liberate more cash (provides time for GBM to extract a better deal). A bit like buying a house before you have sold your existing house.
A 3 year runway to asset sales or a better market, that is a long time.
Interesting comments from Adrian Day (Europac Gold Fund, a GBM investor), looking forward to the Feb tone in a day or two.
